I use the Square for Retail and the Appointments apps at my ceramic shop.  If a customer wants to book a class as well as purchase physical items I have to use the Retail app for the physical items to complete that transaction.  I have to then go to the Appointments app to book their class and complete that transaction.  Also, I have a the Square Terminal connected to my iPad that I use as a card reader.  When a customer books a class the Square Terminal isn't an option for payment.  I do have the option to enter their credit card manually. Hello! I have a ceramic shop and I sell greenware and bisque pieces.  I would like to be able to add each item, create two variations (greenware and bisque) and offer a different fulfillment option for each variation.  Greenware is pickup only and bisque can be picked up or shipped. Without that option, I have to put each item in twice.        Item for sale in Greenware for sale for pickup      Item for sale in Bisque for sale for shipping or pickup With that option, I could put each item in once with two variations and I could use an Option Set.      Item for sale           Greenware for pickup           Bisque for pickup or shipping   I hope this is a feature we can get soon! The most recent update on May 7th, 2026 has taken away certain filters in the "Item Library" that we use every day.   The most important filter that it has taken away was the "Online Site Visibility" filter that allowed us to filter by "Visible", "Hidden" or "Unavailable". We used this filter every time we got a new order in to make sure all the items that just came in are Visible on our website. We also use this filter in addition to "Stock Quantity" to make sure we don't have certain items "Visible" when they are no longer in stock.  Another important filter we used was "Online Sale Price" where we could filter "Has online sale price" or "Does Not have online sale price". This filter was used to make sure we didn't have items discounted on our website that weren't supposed to be discounted.  With how many items we have in our Square Item Library, these filters were very important to us and we would like to see them put back.   ... I’ve identified a limitation with Square Appointments when deposits are used, specifically for appointments booked online by clients. At the moment, if an appointment requires a deposit, clients are not able to cancel their appointment online at all, even when they try to cancel outside the cancellation cut‑off window. Our cut‑off window is 24 hours, but it appears this only applies to appointments without deposits.   Because clients cannot cancel online, they must call us. We are often too busy to answer the phone, which leads to missed appointments, clients losing deposits unfairly, complaints, and extra manual admin work.   What we need: Clients should be able to cancel their own appointments online, even when a deposit has been taken. If the cancellation is outside the cut‑off window (e.g., more than 24 hours before): The deposit should be refunded automatically, and The appointment should be marked as Cancelled. If the cancellation is inside the cut‑off window (less than 24 hours before): The deposit should not be refunded automatically, and The appointment should be marked as a Late Cancellation. This would reduce no‑shows, prevent unfair deposit loss, reduce phone calls, and significantly cut down on manual admin.   This feature would be extremely helpful for businesses using deposits and would improve the client experience as well. ... From the item dashboard view, there used to be an option to "sort by online visibility" Since the last update, that option is no longer found in the "all filters" dropdown/popup.  I now have items that are back in stock in my shop, but are hidden from online view, essentially in limbo because I can't use that filter.
