Quantity and out of stock issues   Is anyone having issues with the website not showing the out of stock icon on the items. Also, we are having an issue with if we started out with a quantity of five and someone buys two, it is still allowing customers to add five to the cart and once they start to checkout, they get a message saying the order exceeds the quantity of three available.  I have the quantity tracking on and haven't changed anything from how I have normally done it. The square inventory page shows the correct amount. I'm not sure what to do. Any help would be appreciated. I asked this question back in August and after the initial response from Square and me answering their questions, I never heard back.    Also, is anyone having problems with sold out items being marked unavailable, but they don't come off the website. I have to go into inventory, select all the sold out items and uncheck the checkmark that says it will be sold online in order for some of the items to not show up on the site anymore once they are out of stock.  ... Hi I am a new small business. I am mostly online but doing some live events for sales and visibility this fall. Is the Square or the phone adaptor better? I will not always have Wifi, so I am guessing the phone is best. I will be selling products and courses and hope to take credit cards or cash, but also Venmo and Paypal. Will the phone attachment work for a Google Pixel. I think the product information says it will not work with C USb connections.   I would love some advice on what to choose.   Pat ... View more

I was just told through chat on Square that there were no Square capital loans available at this time. I was super sad to hear this as I’ve been with Square for eight years. I have a friend who was just offered a Square capital loan five days ago so pretty bad that she has only been with Square a couple years and she got a loan but I can’t get an offer. I know others have mentioned leaving Square due to this, I have a sales rep from another processing company offer me free processing for the first 30 days and a capital loan after 30 days. My company has an opportunity to expand and get into a bigger facility, which would really grow my company and of course, revenue. I was hoping to still use Square because I have really enjoyed all the perks. But finding out now that they have no money to loan out to those of us that have been with them for a long time is disheartening. Anyone have any advice? My current capital loan is almost 90% paid so once I have that paid off in the next couple weeks I would be able to switch processing companies but again I’m really torn on what to do. ... View more

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Routing Order with Square KDS. Hi Community,   Own a pizza shop, currently using Square POS but with a 3rd-party KDS system. Ideally would like to use Square for our KDS as well.   Would like to know if this is setup is possible:   Currently orders are placed and appear on the 1st KDS above the 'make bench' where pizzas are made and put into the oven. Once the pizza is in the conveyor belt oven, a staff member taps it on that 1st KDS and it disappears, moving to the 2nd KDS so the other staff member can see what orders are in the oven.   Once the pizza is taken out, cut and boxed, they tap it again on the 2nd KDS and it prints the docket to stick into the box ready for customer pickup   Is this possible with the Square KDS?   Thank you! ...
