Square keeps coming out with new features and resources- and likely there are plenty of businesses that benefit from this type of help.  BUT what *I* would really love would be to have a Square Team that is available to help you set up your Square in a way that works best for you!! People who know the ins and outs really well, as well as the new features available. Instead of lil ol me running my business and trying to learn the best way to set up my square, likely missing some tricks or easy ways to do things…  If I could hop on a consultation with someone and say “this is my business, this is how I would like for it to look/work” and they could professionally set it up for you?! From item entering to layout to online integration and subscriptions.  I know there are some platforms for website builds and things, where you can hire someone to do it for you, but that doesn’t seem quite like what I’m imagining - like almost but not quite. Same with video tutorials, not quite it.  Even a quarterly or yearly maintenance check in - “hey are there new features that could solve some problems I’ve had, or anything new I’m not utilizing here”.  I would definitely pay for this service, to have it built specifically for my shops, and would love if Square made it a resource, from actual Square folx.  ... Anyone else noticing over the last 2 weeks that Online is not syncing with the Dashboard and POS but ONLY for prep times on pickup and delivery?    Dashboard and POS will show 1 hour for instance, the website will show 30 and on and on.    And today the POS updated and now shows a new screen when in Orders and choosing the clock for order timing, it doesn't work and it's made order times on screen crazy times like 2 am but receipt shows correct time 🤣 ... Hey Guys.  I use the Dashboard app on my phone regularly to check in on my different locations and to see how sales are going.  I'd love to be able to see a few other things that are beneficial for an owner that might be easy to add to the app.    1. Order timing-I'd love to see what the store is saying in terms of wait time.  If they are busy seeing their fulfilment settings would be very helpful.  Especially at the end of a shift, knowing if they have brought their wait times back in would help me see if the staff are managing this function without me having to log in to each location and go and look for fulfillment settings.    2. Items sales-It would be great as a pizzeria to see how many items in a specific category have been sold.  This could help an owner see the progress for the night and if there may be shortages for the next day.     I realise the dashboard app was probably built for a quick glance and summary, however, having these simple additional items would help us see the progress of a night faster, and could be beneficial for Managers as well.    Can you think of anything else you would add to the app? ...
