As a Square Champion, you’ll join a dedicated group of advocates who elevate the experience for everyone who uses Square.

When you join the Square Champions program, you’ll get to choose how you want to champion Square: as an Expert, an Innovator, or both! Each path offers a different way to get involved, and you’re welcome to do whatever feels like the best fit for you.

Experts Support & Solutions

Help fellow sellers by answering questions in the Square Community, offering solutions, and starting helpful discussions.

Activities include:
- Posting replies and solutions
- Starting threads to share tips or ask questions
- Marking Best Answers
- Welcoming new members to the Community
Innovators Product Feedback & Insights

Help shape the future of Square tools by sharing feedback, responding to surveys, and attending product sessions.

Activities include:
- Sharing feedback on our products in the Square Community
- Responding to product surveys
- Joining Innovation Hours (private live feedback sessions w/ Product Team members!)
- Testing upcoming features and participating in product betas

How to Join the Program

The Square Champions program follows an invite-to-apply model. We reach out to Square users across the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom who have demonstrated or show strong potential for the activities of an Expert or Innovator. This includes being active in the Square Community by answering questions, providing product feedback, or supporting other sellers. Invitations to apply are sent via email or direct message within the Square Community.
