Square really really needs to implement a better system for those states which deal with bottle deposits and returns.  We need to be able to add a non-taxable modifier.  It seems like something so simple yet it is not available.  This has been questioned for years and years now, with no results. Our collective and clients love square because it’s so easy to book massages BUT booking couples massage is not available? I'd like to see an image carousel on the customer display screens (under branding) for our POS'....so we can show internal advertisements to our guests. Currently you can only show one image at a time and it's not really meant for advertising. While what we do works. It is cumbersome to maintain when we want to change an "AD" or logo. ... View more

Feature Request for Square Appointments via website (Squareup.com, not iOS app):   When you use the iOS app, you can have a List view of all past transactions:      The website (Squareup.com) does not, for some reason...    I would like to have a List view of all past transactions via the web.   (Just to be clear, there is a List view on the web of "Upcoming" appointments, but for some reason we are not allowed to view a List of "Past" appointments)   This would help us greatly in reviewing and managing our appointments and transactions, and allow us to use AI programs to generate the reports we need.     ... This is two separate but related issues:   1. Restoring email customization for online orders Square seems to have quietly removed the ability to customize online order confirmation emails in late 2025 — eliminating sender profiles, custom "from" addresses, and email template editing. These are basic, entry-level features offered by virtually every other e-commerce platform. The emails now go out from [email protected] with no indication to customers that they're coming from your business. Square provided no workarounds, no alternatives, and no meaningful notice. It needs to be restored.   2. Providing better support When I contacted support to ask about this, I was transferred NINE times across the following agents: Geoff, Marga, Jovy, Dex, Darwin, Anne, and three other unnamed agents — each of whom apologized profusely before transferring me again, from Square Online Support to "a specialist" and back to Square Online support, over and over. I had to provide my full legal name and email address at least SIX times. It was an ouroboros of support hell. Every single agent either claimed the issue was outside their scope or transferred me to someone who said the same thing. More than once I was told my concern was a "website issue" and transferred to the Square Online team — which is the exact team I had started with.   The (apparently) correct answer — "this feature no longer exists" — was never once given to me by any Square support agent.  Square: your sellers deserve better than this.
