create estimate from an older invoice

Hello,  I would like to be able to create an estimate from an older paid invoice and to easily duplicate that invoice again to create another option of an estimate (that can be easily "tweaked" manipulated or changed)  so there are options.  

Furthermore, I would like to also delete contracts that were not activated without notifying the recipient.

hello just a follow up was wondering if this is still a viable request.  In the throngs of creating several estimates from previous year client orders and it would save a ton of time.  thank you
