12/13 Update: The response has been fantastic! Just so everyone is aware, if you haven't gotten a response yet - don't worry. We'll get to your site over the next couple of weeks. We'll also tag you when we reply, so you'll get an additional email saying one of us "mentioned" you.
Hi Adam,
can I plz give me ur feedback. Last time you posted I never received any comments.
Thanks for your patience, @ritzput! We got quite a lot of requests this time around - I'm glad to get to yours!
I like the image you chose for your header on your homepage. It's visually interesting and relevant and will look good on different screen resolutions. I also think it's great that you have your FAQ on your homepage where it's easy to find. You could consider adding a link to that section in your navigation, too.
Speaking of your navigation, I'm wondering about the number of items in the "occasions" dropdown. It might get cut off on some browser windows. I wonder if you could just have the main link itself and forgo having a dropdown menu. The subcategory items are very easy to navigation from the main "occasions" category. Just a thought, though!
I would also repeat your navigation in your footer for the people that like to scroll immediately to the bottom. That might be a place where you could list out the subcategories of your "occasion" category, too.
I would love suggestions on my site. https://oldfarmsoap.com
Hello @JKinnaird! Thank you for your service!
Have you considered adding an "about me" or "about us" page? Your header text got me wondering about the story behind the business; for some people understanding the people behind the brand can make a difference between a sale or not.
I also think that you could look into adding a "contact us" page for easy communication, and add customer testimonials. One way to get those is to turn on item reviews.
Thank for the help!
My square site is used exclusively for selling, it’s linked from my business website that has the majority of store information.
Site is used to clear out clearance as well as ‘easy sized’ items like PJs. In store sales are the majority as they are based off the fitting service we provide.
Since you're using this purely as the online ordering page, @JLK1704, I think it would make sense to add a link to your navigation for the main website. I also think it would make sense to show your site navigation links in the footer (or make your own links if you want more control over what is there). One other thing you could consider is using a subdomain of your custom domain as the address of your store, like shop.herunderthings.com.
Just wanted to introduce myself,Colleen Mimick. I manage our Spirit Store at Gross High School in Bellevue, Nebraska.
Hi @NancyOliver! I love the vibrant image you choose for your homepage! I think it's a little challenging to read the navigation menu on top of the white flowers, though. You could use black for the background of the navigation area, but then you lose the drama of having the big, bold image. Do you have a similar photo where the white flowers wouldn't be directly behind the navigation menu?
I think it would great to include your Instagram feed as well since you use that. It's a great way to gain followers there and have some dynamic content on your homepage.
I would love to receive feedback on my site. Based on some of the other replies I know some areas I need to tweak.

Amyeichlerart.Square.Site
and ideally more integration with my (non-Square) main website www.amyeichlerart.com
Thanks for including both links, @Amyeichlerart!
One way you could integrate the two is to use a subdomain of your custom domain with your Square Online site, like shop.amyeichlerart.com. Another thing you can do is make your navigation area transparent so it's closer visually to your main site. You can find that under Customize > Background option for your header section.
On your main website, you could probably add some images and link to specific items in your store as well.
Thanks for the tips! That’s a great idea for a subdomain. I’ll have to relearn how to do that.
For the transparent navigation, Square has added so many options since I first set up the site, so this is good to know that it’s possible!
And yes! I have all 100+ paintings on my main site linked to each print item in my online store. Though some links were broken when Square switched to the *.square.site format a couple years ago (and I’ve dreaded re-linking them all 😆)
this is awesome
Glad you think so, @DivasDenFashion! Are you in the process of transitioning to your website to Square Online? I noticed in the image on your homepage you have a custom domain, though it loads a different website.
Do you have a good image of the inside or outside of your store location? That might work well in place of the flyer you're using in your header right now. You could also use the same image you use as your profile image on Instagram - that would help tie your Instagram presence in more (you could also add the Instagram section to further include it).
Do you have an iPhone? If you do, you could also check out the Square Photo Studio app. It's totally free, will let you automatically remove the background from images, and is integrated with your Square account for easy image uploading.
A site where customers can book an appointment with me for at home service. I want to add option to buy gift cards.
Website https://www.bosquemobilebicyclerepair.com/
Adding a gift card option would be great, @bicyclerepair! Buying a gift card for a repair service is basically buying someone peace of mind - they know they can get help when they need it.
Here are a couple things you could try on your site:
1. Including YouTube videos is great! I wonder if you could make an separate page for multiple videos. You could call it "how-to videos", or something like that.
2. You have a section where you go over what you repair and what you don't repair. It might help to make this its own page and great separate bulleted lists for each. That makes it really quick for someone to read and see that you do indeed fix the type of problem they're having.
If you do the above and also have a link in your navigation for gift cards, it makes sense to also have one for booking an appointment. If someone is on one of the other pages they can easily find a link to schedule an appointment with you.
Thanks for sharing, @Glendini! You've done a really great job building your site, so I only really have two pieces of feedback:
1. Consider adding links to your footer; some people like to scroll straight to the bottom and look for site links, so it's helpful to have those there.
2. Have you considered getting a custom domain name? That can add another level of professionalism to your site.
I would love any feedback. I think I typed my email accidentally so here is the correct website
