Hi, We are trying to tidy up our mailing lists and was wondering if there are any good articles on how the mailing lists work in particular if the status attached to an email address is just a record keeper or actually has functionality associated with it. We are using the Weebly Promote Grow Plan, and not the Square Marketing, creating our mailing lists from the Square Online Dashboard (marketing/mailing list section)?
We have a couple of issues which we can not get our head around.

My apologies for missing this post initially! I'm still adjusting to the community move, and trying to catch up on threads that I missed in the past few weeks.
We may still have some older Promote help articles from the Weebly Help Center, however, I don't think you will be able to access them from your Square account. 🤔
Based on your questions, it seems there's either been some changes made to the service, or it may not be functioning properly. I'm going to check in with some colleagues to see if they are aware of any known issues at the moment with Promote.
Can you also verify your website URL in case this requires some troubleshooting? Thanks in advance!
