12/13 Update: The response has been fantastic! Just so everyone is aware, if you haven't gotten a response yet - don't worry. We'll get to your site over the next couple of weeks. We'll also tag you when we reply, so you'll get an additional email saying one of us "mentioned" you.

Thanks for sharing your site, @simpletouches! The testimonial videos on your homepage are a really nice touch!

Since you're making good use of stories, you might try featuring one on your homepage to get higher visibility for those. Do you use your Instagram a lot to promote your business? If you do, it might be worth adding the Instagram section as well.

Hi, @BeeJoyfulJess! I think you're doing a great job so far. It looks like to me you're ready to move on to other parts of the site beyond getting your products organized and ready.

The next bits I would focus on are an "about us" page (or alternatively, a section on your homepage), a "contact us" page, and social icons in the footer if you use social media. If you have the time, I could also see having a stories page being useful where you talk about related issues.

I love your site, @salsasaint! I also love your business name. Oh, and I love salsa.

I'm actually struggling to think of anything you need to add. Hmm... maybe once a month you could feature one salsa and talk about what is unique or different about it? You're using a stories page, so you could write them with that and then feature the newest on the homepage.

I would love some feedback! We have so many items It has become a beast to manage! Repopgifts.com

Hello, @repopgifts! It does look like you do indeed have quite a few items!

You have them organized into categories, though, so that helps manage it well for your visitors. I also really like the images of your shop (I'm going to geek out now about the Carl Sagan inclusion with your book-binding staircase).

I think it's great and timely you're highlighting holiday-themed gifts. Have you thought about making a page for holiday gift buying? You could use it highlight certain items that make great stocking stuffers or classic gifts.

Thanks for sharing your site, @MARLENA

It looks like you've embedded your Square Online store on another website, right? You may run into some issues doing that as we didn't design them to be embedded. One option you could do instead is to use a subdomain of your domain with it, then link to it. For example, you could use shop.marlenajdavis.com. This helps tie the sites together better even though they're on different domain names. You can also use your logo with Square Online so your branding is consistent.

Hi, @NatLTees! Thanks for sharing your site!

I like your logo a lot! The colors remind of how abalone inlays look when you move them in light.

Do you have any customer testimonials? I think that would help sell your custom services in particular. I also think adding an "about me" or "about us" page would be nice; since the business is your name it makes me as a customer want to know the person behind the business.

Thanks for sharing your salon website, @Hollyc!

The first thing I noticed was you seem to have two different "home" pages. One linked from your navigation, and the other from your logo. If you want the page linked with "home" to be the actual homepage, click on the pages dropdown in the editor, click on the "..." button for the homepage, then click on "make this my homepage". Once you've done that, publish your site again.

Were you looking to add a page of your site with your Instagram feed? That's a great idea if you are; Instagram is a great way to promote a salon (think of all the happy clientele sharing images on Instagram).

I'm curious; is the logo on your site one you use in your store, or is it a different version. I'm just wondering because the photos of your location show the branding as a lot of black and white (which makes sense with the black backgrounds of the site). Do you have one that is black and white, or just black or just white?

Hello @lisa32skincare! Since your site is hosted with Shopify I can't really provide detailed feedback. However, I think it looks nice, and the main thing I thought it could use is an "about us" page to talk about the business and brand.

Not a problem, @CrownVallee - thanks for sharing!

The first thing that jumps out at me is adding an "about us" page or section. It's a chance for you to put the purpose and identity of your brand in your own words. I think a "contact us page" would be good as well in case customers have questions about your products. Do you have a custom domain? A custom domain can add another level of professionalism over using a square.site subdomain.

"All we knead is love!" <- I'm always here for a good pun!

Your items all have photos and are categorized well on your online ordering page, so I think what you could add is more about the business itself. An "about us" page talking about the business, a "contact us" page with a contact form and hours/location information. If you wanted to keep things simple, you could do them as sections on your ordering page and still link to them from your navigation and footer.
