I'll look at it more closely, but I must say, Square is not easy to navigate for answers to issues. I'm new to the community, so I hope to find more answers.

I think it's going to take a bit of getting used to, but I also think a hidden gem is the search feature. I have used it a couple of times today and it took me right where I needed to be. That's a win!

@SVLFever the search function is one of my favorite upgrades we did. I love that you can search by category, filter by unanswered, etc. and you're right - it really gets you where you need to go. We also updated permissions and our archiving process so the most relevant information should get to the top of search results. Of course if you see anything wonky as you keep exploring, just let us know! Thank you for the feedback. 😊

I'm new to the Community Experience, but I'd like to share some feedback.
It's difficult to navigate. Even if I use the Search function to get an answer to my questions.
1. I lost the ability to Track items in my inventory when Creating new items, why?
2. What must I enter my log in password on the terminal 2-3 times to go from card payment or cash?
I wish Square's FAQs were more robust, and didn't have to reply on community answers, which can be quite different.
I trust more revisions of the Community portal will come.
