Team,
We received notification at all 10 of our physical locations that Tap to Pay has been removed. We called three Square technicians at the support desk, who stated that the problem was due to a system error. Their solution was to hard reset all of our systems. I pushed back on this; hence, it didn't make any sense for them to do that.
Later, we found that there is a new button called "Contactless" that you need to hit after the payment screen. This is very confusing; hence, TAP to pay should be automatic.
How do we re-enable it so that it is automatic?

@indianathomas Thanks for reporting this. We've fixed this bug and it will be available in 6.82 (which will be fully rolled out by 11/17).
In the meantime, to avoid this bug altogether you'll need to disable the "ask for tips before payment" setting (More > Settings > Checkout > Tipping)
