booking more than one of the same service

The Square booking works great and gives me an advantage against my competitors who still require clients to call and book an appointment. However, there is one glitch that seems to have been a problem for years (based on old posts) and I don't know why it can't be change. 

 

Clients can book a large groom and a small groom in the same appointment, no problem, but they can't book two small or two large grooms. Many people have two dogs, so this is a problem. It's embarrassing and inconvenient because I tell people to use the system, then it doesn't work for them. My current workaround is for them to book for one dog then add a note that it is two dogs. 

 

I have no problem adding multiples of the same service on my end, it just doesn't work on the customer's end. Do any of you have this problem? Is there a section in this community like a wish list for changes to the software?
