Ability to delete locations

I made a mistake and added an extra location. I do not want it in my drop down selection boxes. I want to remove the extra location not just deactive it! I want it gone!

Hello @kristen you have been changing the status on lots of "closed" ideas to OPEN  which is great.  any new updates on deleting a locations that was accidentally created.  thank you in advance.

Unfortunately we created another location.  I did deactivate it but it still shows up especially in the first page of the square community when logging in, I find this very confusing and would like to know if it could be deleted by square.  We have never used it ever.  thank you

   We were asked in an email from square to update, if we used a nickname or DBA so we did and it created a whole new location.  When we go to log onto the square community even though it is deactivated it still shows up. You can see where there may be confusion and our DBA is very similar to our legal name, but our legal name ends in Inc

we have never ever used it and I try to delete it when I realized the enormity of my mistake.  Thank you

This is when you learn that square sucks and doesn't read community notes and suggestions. They refuse to implement changes that help but will make changes that make running a business that much more of a headache by constantly updating the user interface by moving settings around so the dev team looks busy when the boss comes to review.

~ Good luck, I've had this issue going on 5 years with no updates.
