We have a restaurant that uses Square and servers place an order either at a tablet station or with a handheld order pad. The problem that we have is that they have no idea when the kitchen has finished preparing the order so that the food can be served as soonas possible after it is ready. I know that they can open their orders and see that it is ready but when busy nobody has time to do that. What about an automatic notification of some sort (ding, buzz, etc.) that tells them to come into the kitchen and get the food. Now they have to walk in and go back and forth which wastes valuable time and the food is not as appetizing when it comes out a few minutes later than it would with a notification of some sort. People have been asking for the ability to round up hundreds of times, and Square indicates they can't do it, but in Canada, they got rid of the Penny years ago, and Square has a Cash Rounding feature already built into doing this.   It makes no sense that you can't add a feature to the US version allowing a business to round up or down cash sales automatically. Ideally, you could have user-selectable options for rounding - up only or up or down - plus amount to round to 0.05 or 0.10 or 0.25 or $1 rounding. Then, please create an account where this money could be tracked so users could apply it to a charity or an employee fund.   At the very least, let customers in the US turn on the Cash Rounding feature you've already built for Canada.   See this recent article on the Penny - if Square were to make a big announcement about getting rid of the penny, it might move the issue forward. Hi there, online, I'd love the ability to do what most online merchants can which is each color variant of a product appears as its own product tile on the category page even though it’s technically the same product.   Example: A shirt that comes in 10 colors shows 10 separate items on the browsing page, each with the correct photo.   This would really boost sales, customers would be able to see the color that catches their eye instead of having to weed through the product. Also the way products are set up I for example have an item called "felt ornaments" and 15 variations of different animals under it. We use Square Appointments as a convenient way for clients to book their remote marriage coaching sessions with us. Currently Square wants will add to the appointment confirmation whether the appointment is being held at the "business address" or the "customer address." In our case it is both, or neither depending on how you look at it.  We would love the option to specify that the appointment is handled via Zoom, or remotely, or by video. Thanks! ... View more
