Hello i’m a hairstylist who wants use square and square appointments for my website for customers to book services with me but each of my services comes with add on that i created as modifiers but square doesn’t allow me to add modifiers to services only items. This seems SO EASY for Square to implement. And for companies that have multiple salespeople - a huge help! We need to be able to add a sales person's name to an estimate or invoice, which could be easily solved, but providing a team member dropdown option to these templates.

We are really fed up with the register choosing to jump between alpha numeric and sequential numbering. There is no rhyme nor reason and our internet connection is perfect?? it is really making for a frustrating food truck that only attends huge events. We are on the verge of pulling Square out and going else where?? any suggestions guys.

Hello, I’ve been a long time user of Square appointments. The lack of a couples massage booking option is frustrating. Still needing to book 2 separate appointments, and having to checkout separately is very time consuming. Can you guys create a way for us to book this seamlessly? My team has never been able to merge the appointments into one, it overrides the provider assignment, and that messes up payroll. It’s one of the things that’s sorely lacking from square appointments, and something that makes BOOKER or BLVD be more attractive.

Currently I need my store managers to add their own team members to their store location however there's a team permissions limitation preventing them from doing so and adding their team members to payroll. According to square support this option is not available unless I give them full admin access to our account which defeats the purpose of giving them limited access to their location only. I would like to be able to give a manager permissions to add an onboard new team members so it doesn't fall on me as an owner to do it for them.
