When a client redeems a package session, Square applies the package credit to the entire service price, including paid add-ons.
For example:
Base treatment: $60 (covered by package)
Additional treatment area: $35
Square deducts: $95
Correct deduction should be: $60, leaving $35 due.
This happens across multiple services.
Is there a way to configure package redemption so that it covers only the base service price and excludes built-in service add-ons?
We need clients to retain the ability to book add-ons online without those add-ons being included in their prepaid package benefits.
