Last week we noticed that the daily sales report emails we get from Square had random end times. For example, the employees close the day at 6:00 pm yet the report might have an end time of 1:39. Transactions after 1:39 were not included in the email. Re-running the report a week later and all the transactions show up. Obviously less than ideal.

This might be dependent on what you have your Close of Day time set to.
Even if your employees close the drawer out at a certain time, the report will only show up to what was taken up to this Close of Day time.
You can check for this under Deposits > Settings in your Dashboard.
