I have seen questions & posts about this topic since 2017.  I'm surprised it hasn't floated up to a development project yet!   For those of us who have thousands of items with at least 1 image per item, we spend countless hours adding in the photos versus working on more important things with our business.  It is critical that we provide our customers pics of our products but it take soooo long.   A bulk image upload feature is not a nice-to-have but a must-have!   Thanks! ... From looking in the Square help section and seller community, there is currently no option to upload images for products, rather one must edit a product via the dashboard to add a photo.   With a small number of products this is (potentially) feasible, however with in excess of a 1,000 products, this option would prove very time hungry.   The ability to upload an archive file, with a CSV and images would save literally hours and thousands of clicks.   Suggestion 1: Add a field to import CSV called "product_image" which contains the product image filename which is found in an uploadable ZIP, or possibly imported from a URL.   Suggestion 2: Upload a ZIP containing a CSV with product names/tokens and image filename and image folder.   <filename>.zip   |   |-import.csv   |   |-images/         |         |-image-file-1.jpg |-image-file-2.jpg |-image-file-3.png   The CSV would contain two fields (markdown for readability):   | product_name | image_file | |:--------------------|:-----------------| | Product Name 1 | image-file-1.jpg | | Product Name 2 | image-file-2.jpg | | Product Name 3 | image-file-3.png |   ... 一週間前まで変更できた、お客様の注文時やこちらから送る発送完了メールの内容が変更できなくなったそうですね（問い合わせたところ、変更できない仕様に変わった、と教えていただきました） なぜ変更できなくしてしまったのでしょうか。 現在はsquareの定型文でメールが送信されるようですが、お客様へお店独自の文章で感謝を伝えたり、ご注文の品を確認後に発送の準備をします、などお店ごとにお客様へ伝えたいメッセージは異なると思います。   便利だったものがなぜわざわざ不便な仕様に変えたのか理由を教えてください。 そして、仕様を元に戻してほしいです。 ... View more

オンラインビジネスの注文メールの仕様がレシートに変わったようですが、これのせいで業務フローが格段に増加しています。   ・注文メールに追加メモ、電話番号、メアドが表示されない。➡ログインし全ての注文にアクセスしないとメールで連絡を取るので時間がかか※メールから注文ステータスにアクセスできるが、メールアドレスはコピペしなければならない。 ・メールから注文ステータスにアクセスできるが、住所が英語圏の表示で順番が逆。➡送り間違いが発生する可能性がある。 ・メールから注文ステータスにアクセスできるが、電話番号が表示されない。➡メールから発送にスムーズに移行できない。   以上の内容から、以前の様に確認メールに追加メモ、電話番号、メールアドレスの表示を設定できるようにお願いします。 何卒宜しくお願い致します。   奇蟲屋 榊 ...
