Printer Disabled !!!

I tried everything whatever in the troubleshooting, nothing works. There is no printer enable from USB. Cash register and stand connected with the same USB hub then only printer disabled. Printer is on with green color power light. Anyone truly help for this matter.

what printer do you have?  just to verify more information this is an iPad in a Square Stand device?
