Starting to get into adding more items to our online shop, and I was wondering if there was a way to customize the confirmation email for individual items. For example, the item in particular is a membership for paddleboarding class so not a "physical item" but they would need to be given a code when they register for the class. Any advice is welcomed. Hi @adventuremystic. I THINK (but can not guarantee) that I might have a way or two for you to do this. But, if so, I’ll need more information about your order/confirmation flow, and my possible solutions will NOT involve item-level confirmation emails which are not available, anyway. So……
Give me an idea about how you see this working, how it works now.
