I am using Printful for my Apparel and square wont allow me tk switch items to online store. Is there something I'm missing?
HI, to understand, your Printful items will not sync with Square?
It will sync to my items in square but when I try to put them on my online store I am not allowed.
HI, Printful integrates the items into your store. You can review the items within your Online Dashboard.
That's the problem they integrate my items to the regular square and not my online store.
HI, so Square is not your online store? Have you checked to see if Printful integrates with the store platform you are using?
I am using Square. The items from printful are in my items dashboard but the items are not in my online dashboard.
HI, does your Online Dashboard display your items as in example below?
ex. my Printful Online Dashboard Site Items
When I click "go to square online" and try to add it to my online store it says "something went wrong, please try again"
No, my "Square Online"dashboard does not show my Printful items
HI, can you please share a screenshot? Have you tried Safari or Chrome?
I figured it out. I had to do it manually by clicking "add from library " rather then trying to add it from dashboard
