Items will not load to cart on some computers. We have tried different computers and different browsers- Chrome, Bing, and Safari. Items will add all the time to Safari but depending on the computer, it may or may not load the item into the cart for Bing or Chrome. We have cleared cache. Any ideas?

We'd be happy to help you look into this further. Are you referring to this website? We can see that your checkout/payment settings have not been set up yet (This store is not yet accepting payments). Once this has been completed the store will allow you to add the item to the cart and checkout.

Thanks for sending this over. I was not able to replicate the issue on my end. Per the picture below, the browser allowed me to add an item to the cart and head to the checkout flow (I'm working on a MacBook Pro laptop with an updated chrome browser). We suggest checking that the browsers being used are up to date, they can also try opening the site on an incognito browser. Not sure what part of the world your clients are at, however, some internet providers have restrictions on certain sites.
