How do you pay part-time employees a piece meal rate?

I am a home inspection company that checks homes on a routine basis for out of town owners.  I want to pay my employee a piece meal rate for each time he/she checks the home.  I can put the number of " House Checks" in the "hour" category but is there a better way?

As of right now, this would be the best option for the Payroll features you're looking for. I would suggest mentioning this on the Ideate Board, so our Product Team can take a look.
