I paid for merchandise and never recieved it. How do I dispute this and get my money back

The best way to file a dispute is with your bank. Then, we would work with your bank on that dispute.

I need to know how can I open a dispute from a fictitious website? I want my money back. I ordered a product on 05/20/20 and they have not yet sent me the item I bought. I contact the seller and they said they do not see my order. The money was taken from my visa using Square, the name on the receipt is debra, 1706 e harwell rd., PHOENIX, AZ 85042 with an Auth code: 089662.
How can I dispute this transaction and get my money back?

I'd suggest contacting your credit card issuer to initiate a dispute.
Sorry you're going through this @mali75m. @jjgard is right (thanks for chiming in) - your bank will be the best resource, as they have a process to challenge fraud purchases.
Once your bank initiates the Disputes Process, we'll work with your bank towards a resolution for the charge.
