I run a booth rent salon and need to track each individual stylists retail sales to pay them for it. i do not pay them in any other way (they pay me rent to work here) so i do not need any other employee services through square (as they charge per employee for it.) My last salon had initials in the check out screen for each person to click on when they sold something, but i cannot figure out how to add this to my check out.

I wanted to check—it sounds like you were set up with Employee Management previously. Is that correct? Part of that feature set allows each employee to sign in using their own passcode. Once you've signed in with your passcode, your initials will display on the checkout screen.
At this time, this feature is only available if you've signed up with Employee Management and it would allow you to associate each stylist with their retail sale.
