I'm trying to figure out how to get notifications/reminders to come to ME. They are going out to the clients just fine, but I really need them to come to me as well. I'm currently having to use a backup method to remember appointments, as opposed to just being reminded by the Square system, just as my clients are.
Any help would be appreciated; I cannot figure this out!
Hey @CleanGeek! Welcome to the Community.
There's not a way to set up texts to yourself as well as the clients when they book, but you can view all your Appointments from the Overview tab on the Dashboard or app.
To confirm a pending appointment, click Decline or Accept. Your client will be notified of your response.
Click any upcoming appointment to view the appointment details, make changes, or cancel the appointment.
You can also accept appointments directly from Calendar. Pending appointments appear on your calendar. Click any pending appointment and click Accept or Decline.
