We have a vacation rental business and we have guests from all over the world. However, when I try to put in their phone number or address, I receive an error notification for any phone number outside of the US and the customer's address is erased and the United States is entered again as their country.
Help!

Hi there @mahalaniadmin 👋, thanks for your post! Are you seeing this error in the Point of Sale app or from your online Square Dashboard? (If you need them here are the steps to add a customer your online Dashboard.)
If possible, could you provide a screenshot of the error message you're seeing? You can also send me a private message with the screenshot if it contains customer information. With that I can ask our engineering team to investigate this further!
