I just subscribed Pro Plan couple of days ago
and I found this "Service Charges" appeared on my report.
Can someone tell me what this is?
The amount listed next to Service Charges should represent the amount paid for shipping by your customers when placing orders through your Square Online website, @Hankyeol.
If that doesn't add up, feel free to get in touch with our team so we can dig into your account with you!

What do u mean by shipping @Valentina? We are restaurant and nothing has shipped out from here.
and why service charges showed up after I changed to paid plan?
Apologies, @Hankyeol - Service Charges can include shipping, but it sounds like you aren't shipping anything. It's always best to reach out directly to our team for insight into things like this, as we can look at your account and speak freely with you about it when you contact us by phone or email.
Since you are using Square for Restaurants, this Service Charges line should represent the auto-gratuity amounts collected via payments. Please reach out to us directly using the link above if you have questions about this!
How do I add a service charge to a ticket?
If you're using Square for Restaurants, you'll need to open a current check first, then tap Actions in the bottom navigation bar. You'll see an Auto-Gratuity option. Click Close Actions to return back to the check.
Hope this helps! @thirsty123
