Card declined due to pending charge I don’t know what it is?

a patron payed their invoice so I go to use my card for lunch and it was declined. I finally found where I could look at my card balance. And it shows my transactions declined and says there’s a pending transaction that I know I didn’t make Because I was out of funds till today. How do I speak to someone? Are there fees to this card that I don’t know about??

So sorry to hear @virtuousgirl. To answer your question - no there are no hidden/monthly fees for using the Square Card. Our CS Team has visibility into your Square Card activity, so give them a holler. They'll investigate and remove those pending charges.
