Square devices and user accounts for charter boat captains

I have a scenario where charter boat captains (1099) working as part of my fleet will need to take payments on their boat (if not paid in advance).  Therefore, each captain will need to carry their own Square device. What is the best way to set up the account for each user (captain) to take payments for my business?

Hey @CaptainRick 

I think if it were me, it would probably be the easiest to set each Captain up as a team member with a passcode, they will then be able to access and take payments if/when needed.  Here is some more information on adding Team Members;  Let me know if this solution will work for your needs.
