Need to check status of Square, make sure shipped
Hi @LMei, so sorry to hear you've been waiting since February. 😕It sounds like your reader might have got lost (don't worry, there's no account information on the readers!) so if you haven't already you can order a new one from the app:
They take about 5-7 days to arrive in the mail.
If this is an example of Square customer service it is SAD! I have a friend who swears that The square is good for her business! Evidently that was in the past because most people are saying that they are NOT Receiving their equipment that is not good business! Just tell the customer to go to another store and buy the equipment! PERIOD BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT GOING TO SEND THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT!!!

I ordered my reader on 3/20 and it was shipped on 3/22 but I haven't received it yet it's 4/5-why?

I never received my square reader. I ordered it awhile ago
It can take up to 10 business days to receive your reader from Square. See this thread for suggestions on what you should do. If you need it very quickly, you can buy one at a local electronics big box store. It will cost $10, but will include a redemption code from Square for that charge.

I have not received the card reader that was to be sent to me as soon as the account was set up, that was about 6 weeks ago. What do I need to do to get you to send one to me?

I already paid $10. for this one
I ordered mine August 12th. It's September 25th and I still don't have it. Tracking is useless.
Sorry this has been a frustrating expereince for you. If the reader has not arrived yet, it is likely that it was lost in the mail. DHL only tracks the shipment until USPS takes over and delivers the reader. Apologies that it hasn't made it to you yet.
If you want to purchase one at a local retailer we'd be happy to reimburse your purchase for the Magnetic Stripe Reader. Also please feel free to contact Support and we can order another one for you.
I also have not received my reader and IRS been more than 10 business days.

it has been 10 days since it was drop off at the postal office in st louis . i have no way to track it since that date.
