Can't select business type on PPP application?

On the ppp application, you are required to select a business type.  When I try to do the drop down, there aren't any options.  It also won't let me move forward without a type selected.  Please help!

This is a known issue that we're working hard to resolve. Please ensure you're selecting a business category first, prior to selecting the business type.

 

Thank you so much @Verbum for providing the workaround of submitting the application on your iPhone or Android mobile device.

 

I passed it along to our Engineering Team, and our Customer Success team.

I have been having a problem with completing the business information section particularly the business type drop down button. Has anyone experience this issue and can someone assist in this process? Greatly appreciate it....

My application cannot be completed because where I am supposed to fill in my business type, the drop down box does not come down, Just keeps saying "Select Valid Business Type", therefore I cannot proceed, 

I placed a call and left my info on there as well.

What can I do ???

When filling out the loan application, I am able to get to the point that I designate my business, however when it asks me business type it does not give me any options to select.  Only the shows the word select.

This is a known error occurring with the PPP application. Our Engineering Team is still implementing a fix. Please take a look at the best answer in this thread in the meantime. There's a solution there that will allow you to move forward with the application.

Is anyone having issues turning in PPP Application? I am getting stuck at the Business Entity Select button. There is nothing there and it will not let me proceed.  This is where they are asking for your personal and business info. Thanks
