Why are my customers shipping addresses not being accepted at check out? This is the message that they are getting.... This address is not supported, please select another.
I ended 5 different actual addresses and got the same message- I am at a loss and ofcourse it's small business Saturday. Any insight would be greatly appreciated as the help center for square is closed on the weekends?!??

Sorry to hear about this experience. Is this happening after selecting the Address Suggestion or are your customers selecting "Enter Address Manually" and then getting the error?
It is happen after selecting recommended address AND manually entering them.
I would like to take a closer look here. Can you share a link to your website, so I can try replicating this on our end?
