We are simplifying the way help boards are organized, making it easier for you to ask questions and get answers from your peers and Square teams.

Have an idea for Square? You’ll soon have the Product Feedback Hub; a direct space to share your thoughts and feature requests.
Everything in one place
All of our English-speaking Communities (Australia, Canada, Ireland, UK and USA) will be brought together under one roof, making it easier to connect and learn from each other. Members who want to connect and get support in their native language can easily do so by selecting the right language from the language toggle on the top right-hand corner.

When to expect the new experience
📅 September 22, 2025: The Square Community will be offline September 20—21 while we launch these updates. You’ll be able to revisit on September 22 to explore the new experience.
