ID Loader Site Build

Hi guys, I'm seeking an ID loader for my site customers to add in my Weebly site build. Things like passport, drivers license etc looks & feels like Gov quality instead of site visitors sending their private documents by email. Welcome & open to suggestions. Thanks, Michael
