How long before Stock Forecast becomes more accurate?

I've been using Square for Retail for 3 weeks now. How long before Stock Forecast learns the sales more accurately? I sell a product and go through about 5 a day (for the past three weeks since using it). Yet, stock forecast says I only sell 2 a day and predicts I will run out in 11 days with my current stock of 22 in store.

Are you seeing this incorrect Stock Forecast on any item in particular or is it happening with all of your items? 

I am working with our Retail team to get to the bottom of this for you, so I will pass your reply onto them.

Could you give me a live example from your current inventory & stock?

And what timeframe to select to view how much you've sold?
