How do I see a complete order history?

I want to see a complete history of orders including who bought which product on such and such a date. 

 

After that, I want to know how to create a customer profile/card when I make a sale.

If you've created a customer profile or added a customer to a sale at checkout you'll be able to see that customer's purchase history from your online Square Dashboard:

  1. Sign in to your Dashoard from a web browser > navigate to the Customers section.
  2. Search for a customer or use the filters at the top of the screen to narrow the results > click on a customer's name.
  3. Scroll down to the Activity section (this will appear on the right-hand side) > click Show More to see more.

Alternatively, you might find the Transactions report helpful: 

  1. From your online Square Dashboard > navigate to the Transactions section.
  2. Edit the date range > click on an individual Transaction to see more details.
  3. To export a detailed report to your computer click Export in the top right.
