I'm not experiencing this and am quite frustrated. Trying to put on a Flash sale that's nothing less than taking all afternoon!
I had an existing landing page in Mailchimp that I connected via the Square integration method. Landing page now has the Payment block inside it. Click and it goes to the Square page, where it does ask for the email address and gathers billing info. But after, the email doesn't ever seem to appear in my MC list, which is how I send the person what they bought. I used a very specific email address to test this, searching everything and it's nowhere even after a somewhat long period of time.
Can anyone help? Much appreciated. Kali

Unfortunately you would need to reach out to Mailchimp on this one.
We don't have insight into their side of things being as they're just a partnered site.
When you hear back- feel free to let us know what they said!
Guess I'm stuck then. I'm on a free MC plan and they don't give us any support beyond the doc that says they should work.

We've sent seller their way before and they were able to get email support.

Actually that's not true. I did as the page instructed and what I see is:
Free accounts do not have access to technical support. You can upgrade your account to access both email and chat support.
I tried asking some other people but as usual, I follow all the steps as suggested and this problem only happens to me. LOL.
