The initial text message that the customer gets after booking an onsite appointment at their location is not worded correctly and confuses the customer. See below what they receive after booking a service call with us...
Hi David, your appointment at DreamNet Computers on 3/18 at 4:00 PM EDT has been accepted. view details at ......... Reply to chat with our automated assistant.
The text message above that the customer receives after booking implies that they are coming to our location "at DreamNet Computers".
Being this is a service call at the customers location the text they receive should state "with DreamNet Computers".
How can we get this fixed? I see that text messages to customers are not editable. Thank you for your assistance.

Thank you so much for your feedback on the Appointments text message. Other sellers have voiced this same Feature Request, so I will be able to add yours too.
Right now, you can only edit the email that is sent out to customers.
