Can't select business type on PPP application?

On the ppp application, you are required to select a business type.  When I try to do the drop down, there aren't any options.  It also won't let me move forward without a type selected.  Please help!

So I got the page to load- 

now I’m back to the same screen where it won’t let me select a business type

i have entered the category already- I have had this issue for a few days now. 

obviously  I can’t move on to the next portion of this application until I can enter this info

Every time I try and fill out a PPP application it hangs up on the questions, Business Type. Nothing comes up and I can't enter anything into that field. It won't let me continue with the application until its fixed. Any ideas?

It won't work on my iphone, or ipad, or laptop or desktop. This is crazy! I have sent several emails to customer support with no answer. Please fix this issue!

Really sorry to hear that this issue is continuing to impact your ability to complete your PPP application. I realize this is both distressing and inconvenient. Just to have a bit more context, I'd like to make sure that you are actually experiencing the same issue as the other folks in this thread. Would you mind replying with a screenshot of what error message you're seeing on your end? 

Additionally, have you tried restarting the application via the original invitation email?

The main problem is this drop down button for business entity type is NOT clickable, see in this photo is shows grey instead of being an active button.

Thanks for providing that additional information. I passed it along to the appropriate team.

They realize that this issue is in fact not resolved, and are still looking for a solution. I will follow up in this thread when I hear an update on this issue.

 Hi Isabelle 🙂 yes, it is working!!!with only one small problem: the business entity will not allow me to enter an LLC, which is an issue because I have to enter the EIN number or the application may not go through properly. We are uploading a 1099K, we were told we could do that. Any suggestions? I started over from the beginning on my iphone and it went all the way through personal information and has allowed me to upload the documents, but I’m reticent to complete and hit send because we are not self-employed individuals

Has not been fixed. Our CPA suggested that we file as an S Corp. Maybe that's unsual for Hair Studio's.

We wanted to let you know that we submitted the application(successfully!)as a self-employed individual. The uploaded document is a 1099K with our LLC name and EIN number. We were told the Engineering Team is working on this ‘entity’ problem, so if there’s an issue with the application, hopefully someone will get in touch with us to amend it.

HI, When did you do your application. I was able to do mine Sunday night and the only thing I have is Bank approval still waiting on sba. @MichaelineM

I did mine last Monday

I submitted it Monday, tentative approval Tuesday, SBA Approval Wednesday, Funds in bank Thursday.
