With 90 days left in the year, I was reflecting on my initial goals for 2025.   I set up a second location July 2024 and said in 2025, I wanted to find consistency in revenue (and ultimately profit) in all businesses I own. I am SO proud to say that as of Feb 2025, we were profitable in all entities. December is usually tough for us since its the slowest time in the business and we invest in product during Black Friday = high expenses + lower revenue, but I am confident we can do it.   I also give myself grace when I need to use money I saved because THAT IS WHAT IT IS THERE FOR to ensure my comfortability in life.   One of the goals I had for 2025 was to open up a second room in my suite for services. That is now not something I have goals to do in my second location. Unless I plan to open a larger location where I have renters of my own, I will not be getting a brick and mortar location like my northern california location, again.   I would love to hear what goals you had for 2025 and where you are at with them! ...
