3rd party delivery services

We currently used Chowly to aggregate our 3rd party delivery orders so they print through our Square printer and we can see them on our ipad. It's been great for a streamlined process at the restaurant by i find working with Chowly very difficult - i hate that i have to use them for all my menu updates. There always seems to be something wrong

We don't sync our menu at this time since we charge slightly more on the 3rd party sites because of the high commissions.

Does anyone have another solution you are using for this problem?

We had a similar problem with Chowly and switched to ItsaCheckmate.  They have a portal that you can use to sync your menu whenever you want and be able to manage your menu. It's worked great for us so we don't have to call to update the menu anymore and know it's done right.

We’ve been using Chowly also and experienced many syncing problems - until we had them automatically sync items with our menus. You have to request this service and once it’s set up, they sync your menu automatically and all changes and prices are taken into account. You can also specify an up charge per third party delivery service that is factored in.

Thanks eHotPot. I asked for the sync but haven't heard back from them about getting this set up.

You have to be persistent with them. I filled out a form they sent me, but it wasn't until I constantly called them regarding dropped orders, that they assigned someone to perform the sync integration (6 months later). It was done in a day after that. It was relative easy for us, since we had created a "Takeout" category for items that could be sold online for takeout.

Unfortunately, we are not using the service much now, since we switched primarily to dine-in and have limited takeout items.
