Before I switched to Square I had a "Rewards Club" for extra special customers at our winery. It cost $XX/yr to join the rewards club, but if a member spent over $X per year then their membership was automatically renewed. Membership allows me to market to our very best customers and reward them for their loyalty. Our rewards club members are invited to early registration for special events, wine pre-release parties, barrel tasting events, etc. The customers love it. I'm using Square Loyalty but I don't see anyway to set up something like our "Rewards Club" for our most loyal customers. Right now I'm trying to manage it using Square Loyalty points and a spreadsheet. That is a hassle and not a long term solution. Any recommendations?
Hey @WineCurmudgeon! You can use Square Memberships on the Square Online Checkout platform https://squareup.com/dashboard/ecom this is the closest thing to what you mention here other than Square Loyalty!
Thanks for your response. As near as I can figure out the online checkout isn't really going to help me. But that did get me looking into the customer database and adding custom filters, which I think I can work with to accomplish what I need.
