Tips Screen (Beta) Feedback

We've completed our first 10-day rollout on the Tip Screen and wanted to provide you with some feedback.  It's great to be able to use Square AI to analyze the results quickly.  

Results:

We feel that the results is due to the industry having a culture of the employees asking, "Now it's going to ask you a few questions at the end".  This awkward question seems to have been ingrained in QSR culture.  We also have smart tip amounts enabled, which could skew the results.   

Execution:

One critical point on the execution of the beta is that we "did not tell the team".  We just rolled it out blindly.  We wanted to see if anyone would notice or care.  So fare the team is impartional.

Sorry I'm late to a reply here @indianathomas - think your post might have been lost in my shuffle of community reorganization. Thanks for sharing this feedback! Wanted to give you confirmation that it was shared to our Restaurants team, though, when you posted. 👍

@nika Jumping in here on the feedback wagon, but I use connected terminals, is it in the roadmap to have this option also available there? instead of straight to payment screen then tips?
