We've completed our first 10-day rollout on the Tip Screen and wanted to provide you with some feedback. It's great to be able to use Square AI to analyze the results quickly.
Results:

We feel that the results is due to the industry having a culture of the employees asking, "Now it's going to ask you a few questions at the end". This awkward question seems to have been ingrained in QSR culture. We also have smart tip amounts enabled, which could skew the results.
Execution:
One critical point on the execution of the beta is that we "did not tell the team". We just rolled it out blindly. We wanted to see if anyone would notice or care. So fare the team is impartional.
