New update for Item Detail Screen: Modifiers and Variations

The new item detail screen is significantly slower for high-volume coffee service operations. Variation and modifier buttons all look visually identical, cannot use images or color coding, and require more scanning during fast-paced order entry for items that have a lot of customization options. We need an option to restore the previous modifier layout or customize variation/modifier button appearance with colors or images
