special hourse for various holidays, not just "open" or "closed"
This is a critical feature for restaurants. We need to be able to set one-time holiday fulfillment hours (e.g., 11:00 AM–2:00 PM on July 4th or 8:00 AM–6:00 PM the day before Thanksgiving) without changing our recurring weekly schedule. The current workaround affects future scheduled orders and creates unnecessary manual work.
