We appreciate your feedback on this feature request. This would be a valuable feature to add in Square Appointments. While our product teams work on improving our Square Appointments feel free to tag other sellers that can benefit from this feature.The more sellers chime in to the request, the more likely it is to catch our product team's eye.

Also in the massage & head spa business. We spend a lot of time on the phone explaining to customers why our booking system does not allow booking a couples massage - at least 2 times a day, as much at 6 times a day. This is only the people who pick up the phone and call us, I have no idea how many people just give up assuming we can not accommodate them.
For what it's worth, here is my definition of the use case:
prospect wishes to book a "double" which will require two chairs and two team members.
a dedicated service exists i.e. "double whitening" which, when the prospect selects it, will present the user with all time slots where both resources and both team members are available.
when the prospect selects the service & time slot, both resources will be booked and both team members will be booked and notified.
Please fix this - there are so many threads on this subject across multiple industries.
It looks like this issue still hasn't been addressed. Vagaro supports this by allowing each service in a multiple staff booking to have custom starting times. This would allow for concurrent services to support something like couples massages. Square also doesn't allow multiple appointments to be combined at checkout. This is a major limitation for us.
I’d like to add my support to the request for the ability to assign multiple staff members to the same appointment with the same start and end time. This feature would be incredibly useful for scenarios where a service requires more than one staff member to be present, ensuring smoother scheduling and better coordination.
