Multiple Appointment Reminders Through Text, NOT e-mail

We need the ability to be able to send multiple text reminders to our clients. NOT one through email and one through text. Most if not all of my clients do NOT check their emails. Personally, my cleints communicate with me solely through text. 

 

My business, like many others, has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If we were able to send a reminder at 48 hours (or a little less) and then at 24 hours(or something similar), this would significantly help my clients remember their appointments or reschedule at a more convenient time that gives my business the ability to fill their appointment in a reasonable amount of time. There is another app that has the ability to do this that many of us mobile groomers use, however most of us are partial to using Square.

 

Again, I'm not interested in using an email reminder and a text reminder. If we could do this strictly with text messages it would be a time AND money saver.

I agree this would also help my business cut down on cancellations.

I’ve gone ahead and changed the status of this feature request to “Open”. You provided a great assessment on the potential business use/need for something like this on our platform from a seller’s perspective.

 

This is a useful tool for our Product Team to use as they build the future of our products. As more information becomes available, a Community moderator will come in and change the status letting all of the subscribed sellers know.

@Kassi_ Any update on this? I've been struggling with this feature being added. 

Currently using Fresha but use Sqaure as a POS. Running two systems is an accident waiting to happen. I would also love to offer online bookings with my Square site, but don't want two booking softwares. 

 

is this ever going to happen?
