Just make Hand terminal back to Merchant smaller

Currently, when a customer hits Print for their receipt, they see a large message saying Hand terminal back to Merchant, please wait for your receipt. There is a secondary, small type in the corner that says Print Receipt. This entire screen is unnecessary and confusing for the customer, and could be done away with entirely.

***BUT, how about this***

In lieu of getting rid of it entirely, it could benefit from couple of simple visual tweaks:

1. Make the Print Receipt a large button in the center of the screen. 

2. Make the Hand terminal back to Merchant much smaller, and toward the bottom, and change the text to: Hand terminal back to Merchant once printing is complete. 

3. Delete: Please wait for your receipt.
