Customer Signature Upon Pickup

We are a small family-owned business that utilizes the order pickup option SO frequently, and we quite love it, especially for large orders. 

However, we have run into an issue where we are not able to mark the order as picked up by having a customer sign for their order. Essentially, we need to 100% confirm that the customer or the person who placed the order is the person picking up. This can be done by providing the customer with either a "pick up code" that is unique only to their order/or by having them sign upon pickup.

We have had cases of people submitting chargebacks through their bank account and our ability to prove it was picked up is not widely available through the app.
